Builder of
environments.

I notice how people move. What makes them exhale. What makes them stay. What makes them open up. What makes them become more themselves. I'm interested in formation — but not in an abstract way. I care about the actual containers that shape people: rooms, rituals, teams, language, coffee shops, churches, recurring spaces, daily systems.

I'm drawn to things that make presence more possible.

"The sacred and the operational belong to each other."

I think about theology, joy, trust, belonging, and identity — but I also think about invoices, floor plans, pricing psychology, ambient noise, road routes, training plans, and calendar logistics. These aren't separate worlds. They are the same work.
