Terms of Service

Effective August 23, 2026

By using Gather Again, you agree to these terms. The service helps invited groups coordinate gatherings; it does not supervise, endorse, or guarantee any person, organization, venue, or event.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and use the service only if you can form a binding agreement. Organizations are responsible for the circles they create and the people they authorize as operators.

Acceptable use

Do not use Gather Again to harass, discriminate, impersonate, deceive, violate privacy, distribute unlawful content, compromise security, scrape data, or organize illegal or unsafe activity. We may suspend access when necessary to protect people or the service.

Subscriptions

Paid organization plans are purchased and managed on the web. Unless an order states otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Participants can use the iOS companion app without purchasing a subscription.

Real-world gatherings

Gatherings are organized by users and independent organizations. Use judgment, follow venue rules, and contact emergency services when appropriate. Gather Again is not responsible for conduct or conditions at a gathering.

Service changes and warranty

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability will not exceed the amount your organization paid Gather Again during the prior 12 months.
